For Creators ready to make a Space live.

Publish and share your space

Publish your Space when it's ready, choose who can see it, and share it with a link.

Overview

When your exhibition is ready, you publish it from the Studio and choose who can see it. Visibility and publish status are separate controls — this page shows how both work together. For the concepts behind them, see Visibility and sharing.

Before you publish

Publishing requires two things: a thumbnail and a Zone (the room structure). If either is missing, the Studio blocks publishing and tells you what to add. Set a thumbnail via the upload step or Edit details; add a Zone from the Space panel (Build the room with Zones).

Publish your space

  1. 1In the Studio, make sure your latest changes are saved with the Save button (top-right).
  2. 2Switch the Draft/Publish toggle in the top bar to Publish.
  3. 3Save to apply it. You'll see confirmation that the Space is published.
  4. 4To take it offline again, switch the toggle back to Draft and Save.

Saving and publishing are different actions. Save stores your 3D work; the toggle changes whether the Space is a Draft or live. A Draft is never visible to the public, no matter its visibility setting.

Choose who can see it

A published Space is shown according to its visibility:

  • Private — only you (or your organization's managers) can view it.
  • Unlisted — anyone with the share link can view it; it is not listed publicly.
  • Public — listed in Explore and search so anyone can find it.

You can change visibility when creating the Space, later via Edit details, or in bulk from your Dashboard.

  1. 1For an Unlisted Space, copy the share link and send it to anyone you want to give access.
  2. 2Viewers do not need an account to open a public or shared link.
  3. 3If a link has been shared too widely, regenerate it — this creates a new link and invalidates the old one immediately.

Regenerating the share link is the fastest way to revoke access for everyone who had the old link, without changing the Space's visibility.

Edit details later

Use Edit details to update the title, description, category, visibility, and thumbnail after publishing — and to add translations. The 3D scene itself is always edited in the Studio.

Transfer ownership

You can hand a Space over to another user or to an organization. The Space keeps its visibility, share link, translations, and all of its views, likes, and comments — it simply moves to the new owner and disappears from your profile.

  1. 1Open Edit details and scroll to Transfer ownership at the bottom of the General tab. Save any pending changes first.
  2. 2Search for a user by username or an organization by name (at least 2 characters), then pick the recipient from the list.
  3. 3Click Transfer and confirm. The recipient is notified in the app and the Space now belongs to them.

Transfers take effect immediately and you can't undo them yourself — the new owner would have to transfer the Space back. For an organization-owned Space, only its Owners and Admins can transfer it.
